Our story started in the White Rabbit pub in Oxford where Nick (Barman) & Matteo (Chef), our founders, saw a lot of customers missing out on the joy of connecting over Italian food because they were struggling to find Gluten-Free options. Inspired by Teo’s Italian heritage, they created White Rabbit to bridge the gap between unbelievably delicious Italian food, and everyone being able to enjoy it, so that no one misses out!
