Built from scratch
White Rabbit was founded on the belief that no one should have to compromise on good food. That’s exactly why we built our dedicated gluten free bakery in Oxfordshire back in 2016, because no one else could recreate Teo’s recipes exactly how we wanted. From a 700 square foot kitchen, we’re proud to have grown a factory that’s now over 10,000 square foot. With a completely bespoke process, machinery and dough formation, our bakery allows us to create the very best product for you and have full ownership and control over every step. What’s more, it’s run on 100% renewable energy.
