White Rabbit was born in a pub, as a result of our belief that everyone should have the pleasure of eating out without compromise! Now, we’re on a mission to become the sign-post for high quality gluten-free pizza in restaurants and leisure facilities across the country!

We use a bespoke flour blend, milled in Italy

We add Olive Oil for a traditional flavour

Our process, machinery and dough formation are unique to us

We replicate the soft Italian water from the Alps

We use a natural 5yr Sourdough starter, that is slow-proved for 24hrs
